Booking Policy

Deposits & Payments
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session.

Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their session with at least 72 hours’ notice without losing their deposit. The rescheduled session must take place within 30 days of the original booking.

Cancellations

• More than 72 hours’ notice: deposit can be transferred to a future session

• Less than 72 hours’ notice: deposit is forfeited

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: full payment is required

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. We do not charge late fees, but we kindly ask that you let us know if you are running late.
